Of the Suppliers that the Supplier Security Policy classes as critical, the audit found reviews that were more than a month late. The review Tasks existed, but they were reassigned twice and lost their due dates on the way, so nobody saw them come due. The register shows the late reviews as a pattern and not as one missed date, which makes it a minor gap for the audit.
