Theft or loss of a field engineer laptop

Description

Field engineers travel between customer sites with laptops that hold tooling and access to customer systems. A laptop left in a car or on a train could end up with someone who wants the data.

Measures

Disks are encrypted and enrolled in device management, so a lost laptop can be locked and wiped remotely. Engineers report a loss to the service desk at once, which disables the access of the laptop.
