Description
Mail, calendars, Teams meetings, and SharePoint at Tidewell IT run on Microsoft 365. An outage stops internal communication and the access to shared documents.
Measures
Accepted because Microsoft states its availability, and a second provider for the office tooling would cost far more than a short outage does. The service desk keeps phone and chat fallbacks for the on-call rota.
