While reviewing the training records, the lead auditor saw that two Roles have role-specific training in the Training register, but nothing records that their holders took it. The training is planned and the courses exist, yet no completion is recorded. The Finding was raised after the follow-up call with the lead auditor, who asked for the records before the Stage 2 audit.
