Description
Agenda: the outcome of the Stage 1 audit and the plan for Stage 2.
Discussion: Norland Certification recommended proceeding to Stage 2 and recorded 5 areas for attention. They concern the Statement of Applicability, the decisions in the management review minutes, the internal audit programme for the Cbw, and role-specific training. The reopened corrective action for the leavers' accounts is past its date. No Incident or Vulnerability needs the group's decision.
Decision: Sam de Vries raises each area as a Finding. Kasper Hoogland chairs a short weekly status on the Stage 2 preparation.
