Agenda: the scope of the ISMS, the Roles, and how often this group meets. Patrick Ellison joined as consultant.

Discussion: the scope covers the managed hosting platform, the service desk, field services, and the office in Utrecht. Kasper Hoogland asked that customer environments stay outside it, except for the access Tidewell IT keeps to them. The Roles of ISMS Manager, Incident Coordinator, Change Manager, and Supplier Manager were matched to named colleagues. There are no open Findings, Incidents, or Vulnerabilities yet.

Decision: the scope stands as described and this group meets every month. Sam de Vries sends the minutes within two days.
