ISO 27001 certification audit, Stage 1

Norland Certification carried out the Stage 1 audit of the ISMS, with Rosalind Achterberg as lead auditor. She read the documentation, the scope, the Statement of Applicability, and the results of the internal audit and the management review, and spoke with the ISMS Manager and the Role holders.

The audit recommended proceeding to Stage 2 and recorded 5 areas for attention: the reasons in the Statement of Applicability, decisions in the management review minutes, the internal audit programme for the Cbw, role-specific training records, and the incident process for the Cbw reporting duties.
