Automated individual decision-making, including profiling
Catalog reference
People have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling) that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects them, unless it's necessary for a contract, authorised by law, or based on explicit consent — in which case you must still offer safeguards: human intervention, the right to contest the decision, and the right to express their view. Decide this in only if you run this kind of solely-automated decision-making.
Exclusion justification
Tidewell IT takes no decisions about people by automated means. Ticket routing and alert rules concern devices and services, never a data subject.
