Automate the leaver checklist
Description
The leaver checklist is a list of steps that the service desk and HR work through by hand. The auditors noticed that every step is a repeatable action on the identity provider, the mail platform, or the asset register. Automating the checklist would shorten the time to disable an account and leave a record per step. This is an opportunity for improvement and not a gap in the Policy.
