Agenda: the cooling failure at Nordwave Colocation and its follow-up.

Discussion: a cooling unit next to our racks stopped and three hypervisor hosts throttled. No data was lost and the Incident is closed. Roos van Beek said the root cause lies with the colocation provider, who replaced the unit and sent a report. We had no view of how the unit was maintained.

Decision: Roos van Beek asks Nordwave Colocation for its maintenance records and a written commitment. The temperature alert threshold on the hosts is lowered. The penetration test Findings are on track and no Vulnerability is past due.
